Leonardo Zangrando advises executives and C-suite leaders at the point where strategic intent meets human interpretation, across teams, hierarchies, cultures and languages.

I have spent over twenty years working across strategy, organisations and communication, as a naval architect, strategy consultant, entrepreneur and executive advisor.

That arc has given me one consistent insight: the distance between what a leader means and what their organisation actually does is rarely about capability. It is always about interpretation.
